ELCR 1280 Introduction to Embedded Systems

This course is designed to provide introduction coverage of Embedded Systems. An embedded system can be definedas a control system or computer system designed to perform a specific task. Emphasis is placed on the physical characteristics and uses of embedded systems. Topics include basic microcontroller, introduction to embedded system software, programming tools, sensors, actuators, basic control system, and embedded systems applications.
