Program Description

Assistant manager in cafeteria and restaurant activities. To deliver quality meals that contributes to the nutritional wellbeing of students (cafeteria), and patrons (restaurant). We are changing one class in our current TCC-Culinary Nutrition Assistant to align with the current high school track. We would like to remove CUUL 1170-Introduction to Culinary Nutrition (not a part of our program), and add CUUL 1000-Fundamentals of Culinary Arts (a part of our program).

Admission Requirements

  • Submit completed application and application fee
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED are required
  • Student must have the ability to lift 25 lbs., to do prolonged standing, and to tolerate heat.

The following is a suggested path to complete this program in a timely manner. An individual’s path to completion may be different based on institutional and personal factors affecting his/her academic progress.
